21st January 2018 – Show & Shine

Osborne, Lady Gowrie Drive past the Police Academy 1km drive, car park is on the left, children’s playground and public toilet. Bring with you a picnic lunch, attendance from 9.00am This is a popular place in January so please be early so we can have all the Studebakers together before the public park their brand x’s

Trevor is Chief Marshall for this event AND IS REQUESTING COMMITTEE TO BE THERE BETWEEN 7AM AND 8AM TO HOLD POSITIONS IN THE CARPARK.

25th February 2018 – President’s BBQ/Picnic

Providing the day is not over 36° we will have an early breakfast picnic @ 9.00am.

Where: Mitcham Reserve at Mitcham. Parking on the Northern Side in Normans Walk (20 car parks) are available there, if you miss out a little further south is Evans Ave, there are about 16 parks, on the same side of the road across the creek, with a walk access over the bridge.

After breakfast we will go on a cruise providing it is not too hot. Try to be there early to get a good spot, it is a very popular venue.

6 Rooms have been booked, ground floor units where we had National Meet. If you intend on going please speak to either Ray Lamming or Brenton Thomas to make sure you are accomodated.

25th March 2018 – Visit to Desalination Plant @ O’Sullivans Beach

21st & 22nd April 2018 – McLaren Vale Vintage Classic – You need to register

Meeting at the Victoria Hotel O’Halloran Hill at 9am. Travel down to McLaren Vale together and enter together at the Serafino Winery on Kangarilla Road, McLaren Vale.

Meredith will have registration forms during the year when they are online for members or download at www.vintageandclassic.com.au. You must register to participate. This is a great day we get designated to a winery where we can purchase lunch and wine. Enjoy the music and just enjoy the day.

9th, 10th, 11th June 2018 – Memorial Run with Victoria

The Mildura Memorial Midway Meet is underway and I am happy to advise that we have booked a revisit not only to Mildura but also the Mildura Plaza Motor Inn who are very happy to look after our accommodation.

The rooms are available for all sorts of numbers and a continental breakfast for the room has been donated with the group booking.

Marie Judd and Ray Lamming are the Contact points in each State and can assist with enquiries although at this stage all you need to do is make your reservation and get a room.
